How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, textiles and bedding must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.
Are your cleaning products and candles eco-friendly?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax, and our home essentials are curated to be non-toxic, cruelty-free, and packaged in recyclable materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working hard to expand our 'Clean Girl' aesthetic to more countries soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
